From Hylton's herbal it is noted that Coriand. has a reputation of controlling aphids, while the plant itself seems immune to them. Together with Anise, which has the same reputation, they form a powerful duo, that can be used either as a new remedy or as separate entities in the cure of the 'aphid disease'. As evident from Phos. and Kali, aphids attack plants that have an imbalance in either or both elements. Redressing that imbalance usually proves sufficient, unless the plants are infested heavily
